How many times a week should I come in?
Depending on your availability, it is recommended that you come in at least 3
times per week to meet with your trainer to get maximum results.
How long are your sessions?
Your one-on-one personal training sessions are 45 minutes each. It is
recommended that you come in 5 - 10 minutes early to warm up before your
session. If you add in your cardiovascular exercise time (20 - 30 minutes), each
visit can be between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Will you tell me what to do on my "off" days?
On days that you do not come in for your one-on-one session with a trainer, you will
be advised on when, how intense, and how much cardiovascular exercise you should
do. We will also make recommendations as to certain exercises that you can do at
home and on vacation.
Will you help me with my diet?
Unlike most other programs, we do not create a "diet" in the four-letter
sense of the word. We will create a meal plan for you to follow that will have
you eating the foods you like in the right amounts to reach your goal. The idea
is to help you create eating
habits that you can use for a lifetime so you can keep your results and not just
put the weight back on after dieting.
How much is it?
The total cost will depend on the program you choose. The cost per session
ranges between $55 - $65. If budget is a barrier, you might want to ask yourself
how much you have invested in things in the past that haven't worked. Look at your current budget
for memberships, activities, hobbies and other expenses (like golf, tennis, shopping,
dining out, hair and nails,
etc.). If you want to look and feel and play better, you're going to have to
make a commitment and invest in improving yourself.
